Vacant to Vibrant Project

The Vacant to Vibrant Project is an initiative of the Cleveland Botanical Garden.  The 4-year, 3-city project began in 2013 and focused on evaluating the potential for small, aggregated vacant parcels to function as green infrastructure for the purposes of improving water quality, stabilizing urban neighborhoods, and preparing young adults for entry into the green workforce.  My role in the project is to provide technical assistance in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the installed green infrastructure of the parcels.  More information about the project is here.
